Each Participant will pay a small entry fee to join the contest. Participants will submit videos of themselves pperfoming 5 lifts. Participants will earn 1 point for each pound successfully lifted. All lifts must meet contest guidelines in order to be eligiable for scoring*. A participant's contest ranking is based on the total points accumulated in all 5 lifts.

Bench Press

The lift must be performed on a standard bench press setup with a barbell. Participants must lower the bar to their chest and press it back up to full arm extension.


Each pound lifted successfully will earn one point.


Video Submission Guidelines

The entire lift must be captured in a single continuous video without breaks. The participant should clearly show the weight being loaded onto the barbell using a scale, demonstrating the accuracy of the weight.

Deadlift

The lift involves lifting a loaded barbell from the ground to a standing position, with shoulders back and hips fully extended.


Participants must use proper form, including a straight back and locked knees, throughout the lift.


Each pound successfully lifted off the ground will earn one point.

Back Squat

Participants must perform a squat with a loaded barbell on their back, lowering their hips until their thighs are parallel to the ground or below.


Proper form, including a straight back and knees tracking over toes, must be maintained throughout the lift.


Each pound successfully squatted with proper form will earn one point.

Overhead Press (Any Ground to Overhead Variation)

This lift involves lifting a weighted object from the ground to an overhead position, fully extending the arms.


Participants can choose any ground to overhead variation, such as clean and press, snatch, or push press. They can also use an axle, barbell or log for this lift.


Each pound successfully pressed overhead will earn one point.


Video Submission Guidelines

The entire lift, from the ground to overhead lockout, must be recorded in a single continuous video with clear visibility of the weights being loaded onto the barbell using a scale.

Max Weight Farmer's Hold for 1 Minute

Participants must hold a heavy weight in each hand at their sides for a duration of one minute.


Proper form, including maintaining an upright posture and keeping the weights off the ground, must be maintained throughout the hold.


Each pound held for the full minute will earn one point.


Video Submission Guidelines

The entire one-minute hold must be recorded in a single continuous video, with clear visibility of the weights being used demonstrated on a scale.
